Fast Stretches for Fatigue

1. Stretch your neck and shoulders

Stand up straight, bend your hands behind you, and hold for 10 seconds. Next, tilt your neck to the left and hold for 10 seconds, then tilt to the right and hold for the same amount of time. You can also try rolling your shoulders to loosen up your shoulder muscles.

2. Stretch your back and lower back

Sitting on the floor, bend at the waist to the left and extend both legs to the right and hold for 10 seconds. Then bend at the waist to the right and extend both legs to the left and hold. Roll your lower back into a circle to loosen the muscles in your back and lower back.

3. Lower body stretch

Lean your back against a wall and extend your right leg forward, stretching your thigh and touching your toes to the wall, hold for 10 seconds and repeat on the other side. Do a squat or bend your knees to loosen your lower body muscles.
